TL;DR

Location: Remote. Must be based out of Colorado and live local to the territory.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000

What you will do

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation through closing.
  • Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity.
  • Help customers understand hirify.global's value proposition across all organizational levels (engineer to CxO).
  • Forecast predictably and hit sales targets.
  • Strategize with channel partners to drive new business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Experience developing pipeline, opening new accounts, and building a territory from scratch.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and sell SaaS products to Security and IT personas.
  • Experience selling through security channel partners.
  • Background using MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Strong accountability, resourcefulness, problem-solving, and customer focus.
