What you will do

• Close $200,000+ ARR opportunities with the largest B2C brands, providing regular updates to Sr. Leadership and strategic partners.
• Assist with strategic content creation (one-pagers, slide decks, etc.) tailored to the needs of each account.
• Shape executive-level AI transformation conversations and follow-up with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with customers’ working teams, stakeholders, and procurement to drive opportunities through the funnel.
• Lead the creation and presentation of custom product demos.
• Orchestrate cross-functional deal strategy and help manage the implementation of customer pilots and POCs.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years’ experience managing enterprise-level GTM processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience selling AI-native or ML-powered products.
• Experience selling into CX, contact center, or digital support environments preferred (Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys, etc.).
• Travel will be an integral part of this role and will vary based on individual customer needs.
