Location: In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually.

Salary: $144,500—$170,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the trading companion of the future by transforming notifications into an intelligent system.
• Build for scale and speed, architecting notification infrastructure capable of delivering millions of time-sensitive alerts.
• Ship to one of the largest notification audiences in fintech, driving strategy for push, in-app, and email channels.
• Pioneer ML-driven personalization, partnering with machine learning teams on Smart Targeting and Hydropower initiatives.
• Collaborate at the intersection of Growth and Product with cross-functional teams.
• Drive measurable business outcomes tied to revenue, trading volume, user retention, and engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably on a high-performing Growth team at a consumer tech company.
• An entrepreneurial "0-to-1" mindset with deep "1-to-N" Systems Thinking.
• Direct experience in growth, notifications, or engagement systems.
• Deeply analytical, with a proven ability to partner with Data Science to build measurement and A/B testing frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or passion in crypto.
• Strong interest in influencing the business: revenue generation, business models, and LTV optimization.
