• Manage and optimize sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce and lead management tools.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and provide actionable insights through analytics.

• Collaborate with sales, leadership, and go-to-market teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap balancing innovation and compliance.
• Support user training, documentation, and change management efforts.

Requirements

• Must be located in New York, United States.
• 3+ years experience in product management, sales operations, or business analytics.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales enablement tools.
• Proficient in data analytics, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile product management methodologies.
