What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate telehealth appointments, preparing patients and providers for virtual visits.
• Ensure proper setup and functioning of telehealth platforms and equipment.

• Assist providers with telehealth workflows, documentation, and troubleshooting technical issues during virtual visits.
• Maintain accurate telehealth records, coordinate consent forms, and support billing processes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable telehealth regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer service.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (C1+).
• Must be based in the USA and able to accommodate 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
• Must have own computer and stable internet connection for a permanent work-from-home setup.
