What you will do

• Develop and maintain the firm's risk management strategy.
• Perform credit due diligence assessments, assign, and monitor credit limits for counterparties and exchanges.
• Implement and enhance risk management processes, metrics, monitoring, and escalation tools for digital and traditional market activities.
• Analyze market trends, reports, and statistics to inform stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Middle Office on trade life cycle events and with Legal and Business Development on trading agreements.
• Ensure the risk framework complies with evolving broker-dealer regulatory standards and internal governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or relevant business subject.
• 1-5 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably with Credit Risk, or relevant responsibilities in a top-tier financial institution.
• Strong understanding of OTC trading workflows and the trade life cycle of derivatives and spot products.
• Strong quantitative skills, comfortable with numbers and large datasets.
• Commercial acumen, ability to take calculated risks and identify/mitigate risks proactively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to determine when escalation is required.
• You must be eligible to work in the US, as US visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with databases, SQL, or writing simple Python scripts.
• Deep practical knowledge of traditional financial instruments (equities, options, futures, FX).
• Experience with crypto markets.
