What you will do

  • Define and implement enterprise sales strategies, identifying priority GEOs, verticals, and target segments.
  • Build end-to-end sales processes and develop strong, competitive value propositions.
  • Personally manage key strategic deals and establish partnerships with major clients and holdings.
  • Lead negotiations, structure custom commercial terms, and represent the company at professional conferences.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing sales/bizdev managers and drive revenue target achievement.
  • Own revenue and profitability for the enterprise unit, manage pipeline forecasting, and oversee unit economics.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise sales within AdTech, MarTech, or Digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale contracts.
  • Experience building or scaling a sales team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and pipeline management expertise (CRM, forecasting).
  • Fluent English.
