Salary: €6,658–€9,008 gross per month

• Lead a team of 6 engineers focused on modularizing Order domain services.
• Deliver service extractions efficiently and safely, applying engineering best practices.
• Partner closely with the Order domain’s product team on delivery.
• Navigate cross-domain dependencies, aligning interfaces and delivery plans.
• Foster a strong team culture rooted in trust, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Ensure the team’s delivery according to quarterly roadmaps and high engineering quality.

Requirements

• Experience leading a software engineering team and delivering outcomes.
• Ability to improve team efficiency and foster growth in others.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management.
• Basic understanding of service-oriented architecture, monolithic vs modular architecture, tight vs loose coupling, and technical debt.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from an office in Europe.
