What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical execution across the customer journey, from pre-sales workflow discovery to value realization.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to improve multilingual content quality, speed, and efficiency.
• Configure and lead complex technical integrations with enterprise systems like CMS, DAM, and PIM using APIs and middleware.
• Serve as the technical lead for customer deployments, owning validation, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Drive post-sale adoption, quantify outcomes, and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering to deliver outcomes and provide product feedback.

Requirements

• BS/MS in engineering or a related field with 10+ years in technical deployment, implementation management, or technical account management of SaaS products at Enterprise customers.
• Experience with REST APIs, GitHub, AI SaaS workflows, enterprise change management, and technical solution design/integrations.
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex implementation issues and creating custom solutions with platforms like LMS, CMS, PIMs, and DAMs.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and client relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
