What you will do
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to build trust and align on mutual goals.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer priorities to identify opportunities for Developer Experience and educate decision-makers on the value proposition.
- Build and manage account plans to meet revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately manage sales pipelines and forecasts to ensure business goals are met.
- Engage product groups and stakeholders in business planning, prioritizing actions based on customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for the client within .
Requirements
- Proven experience in Enterprise Sales in cloud or software vendor or distributor with specific customers or industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and effectively managing the sales process.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with CxO-level stakeholders within the customer organization.
- Ability to manage account plans, work with CRM to accurately manage sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Experience acting as a single point of contact for the client and advocating for the client's needs within the company.
