TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (US): Establishing and maintaining relationships with dedicated enterprise customers and managing account plans with an accent on identifying opportunities for Developer Experience and educating decision-makers on the value proposition of hirify.global. Focus on accurately managing sales pipelines and forecasts to ensure business goals are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

Location: Remote (US), with required travel of at least 30% of time.

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to build trust and align on mutual goals.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer priorities to identify opportunities for Developer Experience and educate decision-makers on the hirify.global value proposition.
  • Build and manage account plans to meet revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately manage sales pipelines and forecasts to ensure business goals are met.
  • Engage product groups and stakeholders in business planning, prioritizing actions based on customer needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for the client within hirify.global.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Enterprise Sales in cloud or software vendor or distributor with specific customers or industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and effectively managing the sales process.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with CxO-level stakeholders within the customer organization.
  • Ability to manage account plans, work with CRM to accurately manage sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • Experience acting as a single point of contact for the client and advocating for the client's needs within the company.
