What you will do

  • Be accountable for hirify.global’s service delivery into a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Negotiate SaaS deals on behalf of customers, including some of the fastest growing and best known in the world.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, account management, and sales teams.
  • Act as the primary buy-side contact for customers, ensuring commercial objectives are met and coaching junior colleagues.
  • Develop software commercial category strategies with customers, targeting areas of greatest commercial benefit.
  • Work with C-suite and senior stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their requirements, purchase objectives, and technology strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent / business proficient in Spanish.
  • Clear, confident, and compelling communication skills in writing, conversation, and with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide strategic insight to customers, understanding their challenges, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Proven negotiation expertise with in-depth knowledge of available levers and strategies for SaaS vendors.
  • Creative thinking to challenge customers and suppliers to reach desired outcomes.
  • Expertise in the project management of commercial processes, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
  • Commercial and/or procurement experience from indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or the SaaS market.
