What you will do

• Drive EMEA campaign planning and strategy, focusing on execution across the region.
• Lead local market strategies, specifically for Spain and Italy, to ensure local resonance.
• Act as a strategic bridge between the London office and the Delhi execution hub.
• Identify industry trends and product opportunities to enhance activity within EMEA.
• Drive account maturity through cross-channel learning and advanced optimization tactics.
• Partner with the Delhi hub team to bridge skill gaps and provide strategic context for execution.

Requirements

• Extensive in-platform experience with Meta, TikTok, DV360 (or other DSP), or Google Ads.
• Proven Project Management and Leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA media landscape, with specific experience managing campaigns in Spain and Italy.
• Experience in media activation at Account Manager level or above, delivering brand and performance campaigns.
• Experience running campaigns across multiple countries/languages and with large brands in an agency environment.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
