What you will do

• Understand business needs and translate them into data or system requirements.
• Create clear, compelling data visualizations that make complex data actionable for stakeholders.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and add measurable value.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Support and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Preferably a couple of years of experience as Business Analyst or a similar analytical role.
• Strong ability to deep-dive into data, uncover root causes, and provide actionable insights.
• Skilled in tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to explain complex topics simply.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive, curious approach.
• Hands-on mentality and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach for developing new dashboards and defining new data points from scratch after a system migration.

Nice to have

• Process modeling and optimization experience.
• Experience with requirement gathering tools like Jira and Confluence.
