Business Analyst

TL;DR

Business Analyst: Analyse business processes, identify issues, and propose improvements and automation opportunities with an accent on constructing workflow diagrams, gathering requirements, and maintaining documentation. Focus on liaising between departments, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving cross-functional teams.

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, identify process issues, delays, and bottlenecks.
• Propose process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications.
• Gather requirements, define scope, use cases, business rules, and terminology.
• Conduct impact analysis of a requirement or change request.
• Liaise between various departments and groups, collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, operational research, mathematical modelling, statistics, data analytics or related fields.
• Around 2 years hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of BPMN, data analysis, and modeling.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of English.

Nice to have

• Basic experience with/knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence.
• Experience in change management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Agilist, Scrum, Lean/Sig Sigma, aCAP).
• Knowledge of Python (to maintain & update existing applications).
