What you will do

• Support cross-functional projects from scoping to implementation.
• Work with data to support decision-making and operational improvements.
• Execute and improve operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Compliance, Support, Product, and Technology.
• Assist in planning and executing day-to-day assignments.
• Proactively identify and help resolve organizational challenges.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in a highly analytical role.
• Fluent in English (C1).
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Comfortable working with data and translating numbers into insights.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or e-commerce.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar).
• SQL knowledge.
