TL;DR

Senior Resource Analyst (Workforce Management): Driving service levels and productivity targets by managing workforce forecasting, planning, and real-time resource allocation with an accent on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on optimizing staffing across markets, implementing WFM best practices, and mentoring junior team members.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Lithuania (Kaunas or Vilnius); hybrid model with recommended 2 days in office.

Salary: €2,767 – €3,742 gross per month.

What you will do

  • Conduct forecast modelling based on historical data and strategic business needs.
  • Execute "what-if" scenarios to proactively manage staffing gaps and resource allocation.
  • Analyze performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with CS Operations and Product teams to translate business requirements into workforce solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives related to process optimization, tool implementation, and market expansion.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of WFM expertise.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, or business data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools for data manipulation and analysis.
  • English language proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience leading or collaborating on cross-functional projects.
