Salary: €2,767 – €3,742 gross per month.

What you will do
- Conduct forecast modelling based on historical data and strategic business needs.
- Execute "what-if" scenarios to proactively manage staffing gaps and resource allocation.
- Analyze performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with CS Operations and Product teams to translate business requirements into workforce solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives related to process optimization, tool implementation, and market expansion.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of WFM expertise.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, or business data analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools for data manipulation and analysis.
- English language proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience leading or collaborating on cross-functional projects.
