Location: Hybrid in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania. A hybrid workplace model where 2 days in office are recommended but not enforced.

Salary: €3,433–€4,650 gross per month.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies, identify supply chain bottlenecks, and uncover improvement opportunities.
• Deliver actionable insights and accurate forecasts to support decision-making and ensure operational alignment and efficiency.
• Create and maintain detailed reports that empower operational teams to make data-driven decisions.
• Identify and propose planning and execution strategies for operational sub-teams.
• Provide insights on how operations should develop from an analytical standpoint and help evaluate impacts of new initiatives.
• Update and build planning and forecasting tools to reflect new business developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or other relevant experience requiring analytical skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Skilled at transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse teams.
• Good organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English.
• Advanced in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets, with a deep understanding of model architecture, formula efficiency, and pivot tables.

Nice to have

• Previous experience or a good understanding of logistics operations and planning.
• Macros and SQL understanding.
