What you will do
- Own the quality vision, strategy, and execution for hirify.global Objects across releases.
- Actively contribute technically to quality engineering efforts, including test design, automation, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing QA team across manual and automation testing.
- Oversee various types of testing and drive automation strategy and adoption.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, and Support teams.
- Track and analyze quality metrics, present insights, and continuously improve QA processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in software quality engineering, with 2+ years in a QA leadership or managerial role.
- Strong technical foundation with ability to dive deep into complex systems.
- Experience testing distributed systems, storage platforms, or cloud-native services.
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modern QA methodologies.
- Experience with object storage systems, S3 APIs, Kubernetes, or hybrid-cloud environments.
- Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical contribution.
