What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical expert on the hirify.global Platform and a trusted advisor to customers.
- Drive customer adoption through onboarding, training, and designing customized use cases.
- Proactively ensure customers realize full value, maximize ROI, and drive sustained platform adoption.
- Identify and resolve obstacles, troubleshoot technical issues, and monitor customer well-being.
- Advocate for customer feedback, influencing hirify.global's product roadmap.
- Collaborate with customers on joint success plans and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science a plus.
- 12 years experience in project management.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and hands-on experience with cloud environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with data technologies, cloud infrastructure, and basic administration (e.g., cloud networking, IAM).
- Experience with programming/scripting languages and familiarity with APIs/web services.
- Demonstrated expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management.
- Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills.
