Senior Professional Services Consultant (SIEM): Spearheading the delivery and integration of next-generation SIEM and log management solutions, helping customers achieve better security outcomes with advanced data analytics. Focus on operationalizing Falcon LogScale NGSIEM within customer environments, expanding use cases, and providing technical advisory on SIEM, XDR, and SOAR capabilities.

Location: Remote (United States) with limited travel onsite to customers.

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Deliver and integrate SIEM solutions for diverse organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers to mature outcomes using NGSIEM, log management, XDR, and SOAR features.
• Provide knowledge transfer of Falcon LogScale NGSIEM to customers.
• Operationalize LogScale NGSIEM within customer environments.
• Gather customer feedback and influence product enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong compassion for customers and proactive problem-solving.
• 2+ years of experience with log management/SIEM solutions (e.g., Falcon LogScale, Splunk) and SOAR (e.g., hirify.global Fusion) in a professional services consulting role.
• Experience working with pre-sales technical scoping and post-sales handoffs.
• Knowledge of SIEM best practices related to log analysis, data onboarding, parsers, and search queries.
• Intermediate knowledge of common Cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, and traditional IT services.
• Experience creating configuration, automation, and integration scripts with languages and tools such as Python, Powershell, Javascript, Go, REST API.
• Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills in English.
• Occasional travel may be required (<25%).

Nice to have

• Recent industry certifications (SANS, ISC2, Amazon, Microsoft, Google) within Information Security.
• Long-term (6 months min) recent experience within a SOC performing analysis and triage of security incidents.
• Applied knowledge and integration experience with a generative AI platform.
