Senior Solutions Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Senior Solutions Consultant (Cybersecurity): Supporting Federal sales team by solving cyber security problems for government customers with an accent on identifying customer requirements and aligning hirify.global's solutions. Focus on delivering in-depth solution demonstrations, managing proof-of-concepts, and acting as a security advisor throughout the technical sales cycle.

Location: Remote, but candidates must be physically located in the DC Metro area, Virginia, and/or Maryland.

Salary: Base salary range of $130,200 to $165,000.

What you will do

• Maintain expert technical knowledge of hirify.global's Cyber Workforce Resilience Platform and competitor technologies.
• Identify and define customer technical requirements and use-cases to align value proposition.
• Engage C-level executives and technical professionals through solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Act as a security advisor, building cyber skills programs and facilitating crisis simulations.
• Partner with Sales to develop and execute strategy for securing technical wins.
• Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to influence product innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, information technology, or cybersecurity.
• Experience in a quota-carrying role selling to Federal customers, civilian agencies, or military branches.
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals (computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, software development).
• Knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards.
• Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments.
• Experience leading technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
