What you will do

• Act as the technical lynchpin throughout the entire sales cycle, pre and post-sales.
• Educate, empower, and ensure customer success on the hirify.global platform.
• Develop new firewall rules, craft performance caching/delivery strategies, and create internal tools/scripts for customers.
• Advise customers on technical best practices, product implementation, and strategic guidance on internet security and performance.
• Drive technical discussions, lead demonstrations, and collaborate on proofs-of-concept for business generation and expansion.
• Travel 20-30% for meetings, conferences, and team collaboration.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales or consulting role.
• Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, Go).
• Expertise in internet technologies: OSI Model layers 1-7, BGP, GRE, TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP(S), SSL/TLS.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Framework and SASE concepts.
• Technical curiosity and passion for staying up to date with industry trends.
• Strong project management, relationship building, and EQ skills.
