Location: Must be based in the USA (Boston, MA; Colorado; Illinois; Ohio; Pennsylvania; Texas; Virginia).

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 USD

What you will do

• Own customer relationships throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle (kickoff and deployment through growth).
• Capture customer feedback and collaborate directly with hirify.global’s product team to influence the product roadmap.
• Act as an SME on hirify.global’s Lifecycle Management product, developing standardized workflows and playbooks for deployments.
• Partner with product, sales, and support teams to align JML processes with broader company goals.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in customer success or consulting with technical enterprise customers and exposure to Lifecycle Management.
• Proven ability to manage customer Lifecycle Management Deployments in a customer-facing capacity.
• Experience with information security background and supporting CISOs as primary customer sponsor.
• Experience working with at least one major cloud service provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management.
• Knowledge of Cloud and On-prem architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, RDS, Redshift.
• Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Github, Box, ServiceNow.
• Experience with Identity Providers (Okta, AzureAD, Google, Active Directory).
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
