What you will do

• Maintain strict confidentiality as customer privacy is a top priority.
• Work with and deliver high-quality labeled data across text, speech, audio, image, and video modalities using guidelines and in-house tools.
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating human insight data and making sound judgments with ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance the quality of labeling tasks.
• Identify day-to-day process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools, suggesting changes to unblock operations.
• Provide ownership in floor support to clarify internal queries on a need basis.

Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
• C1+ or equivalent fluency in French language.
• Good working knowledge (B2+) in both spoken and written English.
• Strong business writing skills and advanced reading comprehension for complex documents.
• Developed analytical thinking, structured problem-solving capabilities, and strong ability to interpret instructions.
• Proficient research skills with experience gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources and proven attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
• Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for comprehensive research purposes.
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
