What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy integrations across enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and Okta using iPaaS tools, custom APIs, or hybrid approaches.
• Own and operate the MCP Gateway as a central AI integration platform, building reusable connectors and expanding capabilities.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and tools using LLMs, agents, RAG, and function calling, applying responsible AI practices.
• Ensure system reliability, security, scalability with monitoring, retries, auth, rate limiting, versioning, logging, alerting, and incident response.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, GTM, CS, Security, and IT to translate needs into scalable solutions and drive automation opportunities.
• Deliver MVP-first solutions, iterate based on feedback, and own integrations end-to-end including documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in integrations, MIS, or systems engineering in SaaS environments.
• Strong API experience with REST, GraphQL, webhooks.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (Node.js/TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools (Workato, Zapier, Make, Tray).
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (Salesforce, Okta, NetSuite, Google Workspace) and IAM, OAuth, API security, compliance (SOC2, ISO, GDPR).
• Experience building AI-powered workflows or tools; understanding of LLM systems, orchestration, and integrations.
• Proven ability to deliver quickly in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP or API mediation layers.
• Event-driven architectures or data pipelines.
• Relevant certifications (Okta, Salesforce, Workato).
