What you will do

• Provide direct support to the Production Manager and wider team.
• Organize call sheets and book international travel for teams, crew, and talent.
• Create and maintain detailed production schedules across all production phases.
• Negotiate rates with external suppliers and coordinate various production elements.
• Support the Production Manager with budget tracking, including processing expenses and monitoring spend.
• Ensure accurate music reporting and assist with archive and clip clearance processes.
• Track data accurately for the Albert Carbon Calculator, supporting sustainable production.

Requirements

• At least two years of Production Coordinator experience in a broadcast environment.
• Essential live event and OB experience.
• Experience dealing with international logistics, including visa applications and carnets.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with broadcast production workflows and basic technical understanding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management tools.
