What you will do

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and briefs for international marketing.
• Coordinate and support various ongoing projects across multiple teams/channels.
• Liaise with internal teams to maintain delivery schedules.
• Manage approvals processes with internal marketing teams.
• Organize asset delivery to internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in digital, marketing, or project management.
• Knowledge of and passion for video games, including hirify.global titles, as well as film, music and entertainment.
• Previous experience coordinating marketing requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with or an interest in digital technologies and platforms.
• Ability to remain calm and flexible while managing large workloads and meeting tight deadlines.
• Work well within a team, enjoying collaborative working, but also able to work under own initiative.
• Previous experience working with a CMS and project management software.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working on marketing content with a multi-language element.
• Experience in entertainment marketing.
