What you will do
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and briefs for international marketing.
- Coordinate and support various ongoing projects across multiple teams/channels.
- Liaise with internal teams to maintain delivery schedules.
- Manage approvals processes with internal marketing teams.
- Organize asset delivery to internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in digital, marketing, or project management.
- Knowledge of and passion for video games, including hirify.global titles, as well as film, music and entertainment.
- Previous experience coordinating marketing requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with or an interest in digital technologies and platforms.
- Ability to remain calm and flexible while managing large workloads and meeting tight deadlines.
- Work well within a team, enjoying collaborative working, but also able to work under own initiative.
- Previous experience working with a CMS and project management software.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working on marketing content with a multi-language element.
- Experience in entertainment marketing.
