Senior Technical Order Manager (Fintech)

Senior Technical Order Manager (Fintech): Responsible for the end-to-end coordination, execution, and monitoring of complex customer orders involving technical products and systems with an accent on driving operational excellence and resolving order-related issues. Focus on continuously improving order processing workflows specially supporting North-America region.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process in SAP HANA (PS,FI, SD, MM, CO, OTC, PLTP) for technical, commercial, and project-based orders.
• Manage the commercial execution of contracts, including payment terms, INCOTERMS, and compliance with export control.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Project Management, Finance, Logistics, and Service during project execution.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, track outstanding payments, and monitor customer credit limits.
• Communicate order and delivery status regularly to MEA management, escalating issues when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical order processing, commercial order processing, sales support, and project administration.
• 5+ years of expertise with SAP (PS,FI, SD, MM, CO, OTC, PLTP) and understanding of technical and commercial order workflows.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Fluency in English and German.
