Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience as an organizational change management consultant.
• Proven track record of delivering successful transformational change consulting engagements at international corporations.
• Experience with implementing leading technology platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, MS365, ServiceNow, Informatica.
• MBA/MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Organization Psychology, or Behavioral Science.
• Change Management Certified Professional e.g. PROSCI or ACMP.
• Holds an EU passport and fluent in English and German.
• Open to traveling and working at international client offices.
