What you will do

• Manage projects end-to-end, including governance, dependencies, escalations, and budget.
• Define and implement test management strategies and governance for efficient workflows.
• Lead and coordinate the testing team, including external partners.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all testing activities and align with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance and audit conformity standards within the program.
• Assess testing risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Drive test automation through suitable tools and contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in digital technology projects, covering test and project management.
• Strong consulting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and managing external partners.
• Advanced knowledge of test management methods and tools (e.g., Jira, Solution Manager, Spira).
• Experience in designing and implementing test automation solutions.
• Fluent in English and German, spoken and written.
