What you will do

• Own delivery execution for the OPS Tech portfolio, including plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID, and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead delivery for vendor implementations, including integration planning, migration cutovers, rollout sequencing, and hypercare coordination.
• Run UAT and release readiness, including test coordination, defect triage process, go-live checklists, and release comms.
• Support Head of OPS Tech with portfolio visibility by tracking progress, bottlenecks, risks, and mitigation proposals.

Requirements

• 6+ years as Technical Project Manager in fintech, banking, or enterprise environments.
• Strong delivery skills - dependency management, risk management, UAT and rollout coordination.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills.
