What you will do

• Lead the design system strategy and execution across web, mobile, and VR.
• Build, scale, and maintain a robust, reusable design system (components, patterns, tokens, documentation).
• Ensure visual, interaction, and accessibility consistency across all platforms.
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams for smooth implementation.
• Define standards, guidelines, and best practices for product design.
• Mentor designers and act as a design system champion across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with significant focus on design systems.
• Expert-level Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout, libraries, tokens).
• Deep understanding of UI/UX, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Experience working closely with developers and understanding technical constraints.
• Fluent with modern AI tools for design and prototyping.
• Fluency in English (B2 and above) and Russian.
