What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences for content-rich, editorial, and information-heavy products within CMS environments.
• Create and contribute to design systems and reusable patterns to ensure scalability and long-term quality.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to align product, engineering, and strategy toward cohesive outcomes.
• Support workshops and presentations, using storytelling to demonstrate design impact to clients.
• Use motion and interaction design strategically to enhance clarity and guide user attention.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in visual, product, or digital design.
• Must be located in North or South America.
• Ability to work primarily within US business hours/time zones.
• Experience navigating ambiguity in content-heavy or CMS-driven environments.
• Strong ability to articulate design decisions clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail regarding visual craft, interaction, and motion.
