What you will do

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and improve company-wide workflows.
• Hold one-on-one meetings with project teams and serve as their main point of contact.
• Support initiatives to enhance retention and engagement while promoting company values.
• Monitor project teams’ satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve conflicts proactively.
• Assist managers with performance reviews and guide project teams in setting goals and developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Collaborate with managers and the L&D team to identify skill gaps and provide training programs.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in HR, People Partner position or a similar role
• HR Expertise: Knowledge of onboarding, performance management, and talent lifecycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and proactive approach to work.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
• English Proficiency: Intermediate or higher (B2)
