What you will do

• Support Scrum teams in their daily work, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and effective Scrum meetings.
• Create, implement, and improve Agile processes based on team and company needs.
• Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and foster self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor development teams, Product Owners, and junior Scrum Masters in Agile practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to ensure project transparency and successful Agile adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methods and practical experience in their application.
• Proven ability to create, implement, and improve Agile processes for diverse teams and projects.
• Experience working on large projects or in large companies, including Agile transformations.
• Scrum Master certification such as PSM II/III, CSP-SM, or similar.
• Proficiency in running Scrum meetings and team workshops.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams, Product Owners, and junior Scrum Masters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and foster effective teamwork.
• Fluent English (at least B2 level).
