What you will do

• Implement Agile ceremonies and principles, evaluating and advancing the squad's Scrum maturity.
• Lead and coach teams in Scrum practices, inspiring self-alignment and process activities.
• Support internal and external communication, improving transparency and information flow.
• Manage impediments, facilitate decision-making, and protect the team from external distractions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a groomed product backlog and define clear 'Definition of Done' and 'Definition of Ready'.
• Track and monitor demand status, coordinate with Release Train Engineers, and ensure timely delivery of features.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Scrum Coach.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to build a trusting and safe atmosphere for problem-solving.
• Experience in eradicating obstacles and guiding teams to remove impediments.
