What you will do

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Partner with multi-functional teams to maintain project alignment and resolve dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and collaboration.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Project Manager in a software/tech environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience managing software projects with multiple R&D teams.
• Strong grasp of Agile delivery; PSM or CSM certification required.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Able to act as a bridge between multidisciplinary international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming or Sports Betting industry.
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Technical background or close collaboration with Product teams.
