What you will do

• Manage end-to-end projects independently within delivery teams.
• Coordinate information flow between the team, the client, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, project documentation, and regular progress updates.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, and quality of the delivered solution.
• Monitor and report KPI performance.
• Ensure timely project delivery and maintain smooth communication with B2B clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.
• Ability to run projects independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Experience working directly with B2B clients.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in leading meetings.
• Practical knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Product development knowledge and people management skills.
• Understanding of processes and standards in the pharma sector (GxP, audits, compliance).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Technical background and Agile Certification (Scrum.org).
