What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective, Refinement.
• Coach the team in agile principles and practical Scrum execution, focusing on delivery outcomes.
• Ensure transparency of progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Maintain high-quality agile reporting and team dashboards in Azure DevOps (Boards, sprint metrics).
• Actively remove impediments and manage escalations with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Support Product Owner(s) with backlog refinement, slicing, prioritization, and sprint readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and facilitate cross-team coordination when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with SM focus in software teams.
• Strong facilitation skills to lead groups with senior engineers, product owners, and management.
• Proven ability to improve delivery flow (cycle time, predictability, quality) and address blockers proactively.
• Experience with Azure DevOps Boards (mandatory) and ADO dashboards/metrics (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of software engineering practices (CI/CD, test strategy, architecture basics).
• Experience working with external vendors or distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification (PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe SM).
• Experience with platform teams or product-platform dependency management.
• Experience in IoT, cloud platforms, or enterprise software environments.
• Basic understanding of compliance-oriented delivery or SDLC governance.
• German language proficiency.
