TL;DR
Campus/University/Early Careers Recruiter: Building and extending client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery with an accent on sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates. Focus on high touch candidate relationship management and serving as a subject matter expert in Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing methodologies.
Location: Remote (must be based in the EST time zone or the Boston area for occasional onsite work)

What you will do
- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to source candidates and build talent pools.
- Manage client relationships, conducting interactions in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies within the recruitment process.
- Conduct role briefings with clients and set clear expectations for the recruitment process.
- Follow agreed client recruitment processes for effective delivery.
- Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates.
- Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value proposition to candidates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, including university/campus/early careers recruitment for engineering and information technology.
- 3+ years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
- 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral-based interviews.
- 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies (market mapping, recruitment strategies, Boolean searches).
- High School Diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
- Must be based in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone or the Boston area.
