What you will do

• Provide IT support to users across multi-region environments.
• Manage users and permissions for cloud-based products.
• Deploy, support, and master the latest technologies.
• Manage company computers, peripheral equipment, and inventory.
• Administer and maintain business applications and systems.
• Handle company network and develop IT related automations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a system admin.
• Service-oriented, patient, and able to work independently.
• Strong customer-service orientation with exceptional user support skills.
• Experience with Windows management, Microsoft Admin, Office 365, and Google Workspace.
• Solid understanding of networking components and infrastructure (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Fluent in English (C1).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Linux.
• Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM.
