Location: Hybrid in Israel. Temporary remote work from anywhere in the world for up to 2 months is available after 6 months of employment.

What you will do

• Design and evolve the SaaS strategy for scalable, secure enterprise application management.
• Own and manage the Okta identity platform, including SSO/SAML, SCIM, and access governance.
• Build and maintain integrations between SaaS platforms and continuously evaluate new tools, including AI-powered applications.
• Administer and optimize MDM platforms like Jamf Pro and JumpCloud for compliance and user experience.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex MDM, identity, and SaaS-related issues, performing root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and Security Engineers to align system configurations and improve processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in SaaS administration, identity management, and systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with identity platforms such as Okta (SAML/SSO, SCIM, lifecycle rules).
• Deep expertise with MDM platforms such as Jamf, JumpCloud, or Intune.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and integrate AI-powered enterprise tools, understanding data governance and API integration.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Proven Tier 3 support experience in a global, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Deep understanding of macOS, Windows, compliance, and lifecycle best practices.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (especially Bob), Slack, Asana, Notion, Jira, or ITSM platforms.
• Experience implementing AI tools, including prompt engineering basics or LLM-based automation.
