Location: Full-time position based in Utrecht, Netherlands with country-dependent remote and hybrid options.

What you will do

  • Handle day-to-day first and second-line IT support for internal cases.
  • Manage workstations, servers, and web-based collaboration tools.
  • Administer and further develop internal IT infrastructure in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Evaluate, manage, and implement new tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or relevant education in System Administration/IT.
  • 0-2 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and workstation imaging.
  • Knowledge of server environments for both Windows and Linux.
  • Previous experience working with Office 365, VMware, and Active Directory.
  • Good command of the English language is a requirement.

Nice to have

  • Apple macOS knowledge.
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Knowledge of Service Desk incident and case management systems.
  • Experience performing hands-on end-user desktop troubleshooting sessions.
  • Experience with network management.
