What you will do

• Leverage prompt engineering and AI tools to research and identify potential Limited Partners (LPs) for the Decile Group network.
• Perform outbound outreach to source and engage high-quality LPs, encouraging investments in top Decile Group funds.
• Convert sourced leads into committed investors through targeted communication and relationship building.
• Manage ongoing relationships with existing LPs to ensure satisfaction and facilitate additional investments.
• Develop and optimize AI first systems for efficient LP sourcing, tracking, and conversion processes.
• Partner with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and provide actionable insights to leadership to shape product roadmap and market positioning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in investor relations, sales, or sourcing roles, preferably in venture capital or finance startups.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex venture capital concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• A proactive, resilient mindset with a hunger to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• High proficiency in prompt engineering and latest AI tools for research, outreach, and data analysis.
• Strong multitasking and pipeline management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
