What you will do

• Develop and execute growth hacking strategies across media channels to attract high-quality LPs.
• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to research and identify potential investors.
• Own the full conversion funnel from marketing leads to committed community members and investors.
• Build and manage ongoing strategic relationships to foster LP satisfaction and involvement.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and provide market insights to leadership.
• Consistently surpass sales quotas and KPIs to drive institutional-grade fund growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in investor relations, sales, or sourcing, ideally within finance or venture capital startups.
• Proven expertise in growth marketing and community building on digital media platforms.
• High proficiency in prompt engineering and AI-driven data analysis tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to distill complex financial concepts.
