What you will do
- Administer sales compensation plans in cloud-based software, configuring commissions, bonuses, thresholds, and quotas.
- Manage data inputs and outputs, ensuring correct mapping to personnel and sales credits.
- Perform quality control, validating inputs and results, and resolving discrepancies.
- Support monthly payout cycles, managing exceptions, adjustments, and manual overrides.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, and HR to align plan logic with approved policies and budgets.
- Update and document plan changes, implementing new quota structures and revised rules.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales compensation, commission administration, or variable pay in a medium-to-large company.
- Strong proficiency with CaptivateIQ or similar sales compensation management tools.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
