What you will do

• Drive improvements in data accuracy, cost control, and policy compliance beyond standard auditing.
• Optimize, standardize, and automate T&E processes and documentation to improve efficiency.
• Analyze complex T&E data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities for better decision-making.
• Act as the SME and administrator for SAP Concur, managing system configuration and audit rules.
• Mentor junior analysts and handle escalated cases involving disputes or fraud.
• Manage relationships with external travel vendors, including TMCs, airlines, hotels, and card providers.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in travel and expense management systems like SAP Concur and Navan.
• Experience with T&E auditing software such as Appzen or Oversight.
• Knowledge of SAP (G/L and A/P) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or 5 years of demonstrated finance operations experience.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate travel and expense reimbursement processes.
• 1-2 years of accounting, auditing, or financial analysis experience, preferably in a large corporate environment.
