What you will do

• Generate go-to-market strategies in cooperation with the Senior Client Partner and Managing Associate.
• Set assessments against client requirements and competencies.
• Conduct thorough research to navigate key companies and build accurate candidate lists.
• Conduct phone interviews with candidates, checking fit with the role.
• Prepare, write, and present progress reports to clients.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database.

Requirements

• Three or more years of relevant experience in human resources, search, selection, or consultancy.
• Experience in active candidate identification and sourcing or comparable research experience.
• Hands-on mentality with a high sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Fluent in English, both oral and in writing.
