Business Intelligence Specialist (Fintech): Delivering timely information to track key KPIs, enhance decision‑making processes, strengthen market understanding, and improve customer relationships through accurate data processing and actionable insights. Focus on providing insights that support strategic decisions and preparing scheduled reports with actionable data analysis.

Location: Hybrid eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Guadalajara, Monterrey, Tijuana, Mexicali & León mainly but not limited, at least 2 days per week)

What you will do

• Perform periodic internal reporting and data analysis across Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance.
• Execute business reviews with sales teams and customers, providing insights that support strategic decisions.
• Support sales, channel, and marketing teams with timely and accurate internal and external information.
• Coordinate sales processes across hirify.global in collaboration with support areas, maintaining close monitoring of Sell-Out data flow.
• Prepare scheduled and on‑demand reports with actionable data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or an administrative field, plus 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, market research, or related areas.
• Excel (mandatory)
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Power BI or other data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Experience managing large databases
• SAP or other ERP systems
• Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with large and complex product portfolios is also preferred.
• Analytical, strategic mindset
