• Lead customers through implementation and optimization of the InflowHealth software.
• Provide ongoing support and strategic recommendations to executive leadership teams.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities for customers using the software.
• Manage relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, quality of results, and project profitability.
• Oversee projects, including scope, resources, budgeting, risk, and team management.
• Direct, develop, and supervise staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable experience.
• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or data system related fields preferred).
• Strong background in physician practice / medical group finance and operations.
• Excellent C-suite level written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Ability to lead executive leadership teams through critical decision-making.
