What you will do

• Own sourcing activities for IT roles, including Software Engineering, QA, Data, Cloud, and DevOps.
• Define and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche positions.
• Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Conduct initial screening calls and technical pre-screens.
• Support early salary discussions based on market data.
• Use AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT recruiting or technical sourcing.
• Previous hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and seniority levels.
• Proven experience sourcing hard-to-fill profiles.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+) and Spanish

Nice to have

• Experience working with nearshore or global teams.
• Staffing or consulting background.
• Experience hiring for US or international clients.
